However we have the ability to carry out works either above or below this figure as required, thereby offering a total service no matter how large or small the works are to be undertaken.

We offer a one-stop shop service from initial audit, space planning, formulating an overall cost plan, obtaining landlord and local authority approvals, co-ordination of your preferred supplier.

BBI offers a comprehensive service, from ascertaining initial premises requirements, planning design, contractual services, original concept for planning through to construction and furnishing the complete project in the shortest possible time.

We undertake all of the construction works required to complete the project, which includes:
M & E, Data Cabling, Flooring, Suspended Ceilings, Sprinkler & Fire Detection, Partitioning, Decorating, Furniture (Standard or Bespoke), Receptions & Boardrooms etc.
We also undertake office relocation or internal re-configurations as required.

By making the most efficient and attractive use of the space available, we are able to maximise the value of your investment.
